Terms and Service PolicyBy using the services of 1K Design, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. This agreement is designed to protect both the client and the designer and to ensure smooth and respectful transactions.1K Design provides affordable graphic design services at a fixed price of ₱1,000 per project. Services are rendered by certified Filipino designers under the 1K Design program.Service Inclusions
Each standard project includes:
One design output based on your brief.
One free revision if requested within 48 hours after delivery.
Delivery within 24 hours after payment confirmation and receipt of the complete brief.Scope of Services
Available design types include:
Social media post
Poster or flyer
Business card
Simple logo
Slide deck cover or promo slide
Event visual
Menu boardRequests beyond this scope may be considered at additional cost or referred to another service provider.Payment and Process
Payment must be made before design work begins.
We accept GCash, GoTyme, or bank transfers.
A design brief form will be sent via email after your request is submitted.
Work will begin only once payment and a complete brief are received.Revisions and Add-Ons
One revision is included in each design package.
Extra revisions cost ₱200 to ₱300 depending on complexity.
Rush service (delivery within 12 hours) is available for ₱500.
Design bundles and brand kits are available at package pricing.Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once a design has been delivered.
If you are unhappy with the result, we encourage you to use your included revision.
Refunds are only considered in cases where no work has been started and no revision has been requested.Ownership and Use
Once the final design is delivered and payment is completed, you own full usage rights.
We reserve the right to feature finished work in our portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise.Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and timely service, clients must:
Provide clear and complete design instructions.
Respond promptly to messages and revision requests.
Respect the creative process and the designers' time.Designer Code of Conduct
All 1K Designers are expected to deliver original work, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly. We reserve the right to reassign a project if quality or conduct standards are not met.Privacy and Data Use
